Amongst their back catalogue of great tracks, are their hit singles Why Wait, Take Me there, and Fast Cars and Freedom, which are knock out every time they’re performed. The trio have won a staggering 45 awards over their 15 years in the industry, including a Grammy Award in 2007 for Best Country Sound for their track Bless the Broken Road. Le Voc and DeMarcus come from a musical background, and are actually second cousins, whilst Rooney is a close friend who DeMarcus met playing guitar for Chely Wright’s band and began playing as a trio. Since their early days, the band have been signed and producing incredible up beat music, with all of their singles reaching at least the Top 20 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart, with 12 of those sitting comfortably at number one. The band consists of Gary LeVox on vocals, Jay DeMarcus playing bass guitar, keys, and singing backing vocals, and Joe Don Rooney who is on the electric guitar and backing vocals.
